少スペースで材料を開発し、物性評価を行うための試験片を成形できる。多機能小型二軸押出混練機(Process11)と小型射出成型機(Mini Jet Pro)を展示します。
小型二軸押出成形機は、最適な混練条件をこの一台で見つけ出し、試作から少量生産までこなす理想的な小型二軸押出混練機です。
小型射出成型機は、押出混練機から直接溶融した材料をとりだし成形し各試験片を作成することができるランナー（シリンダー）で溶融した材料をそのまま成形することができます。

Themofisher Scieintific exhibits small smart parallel twin screw extruder (Process11) and small smart injection molding machine (Mini Jet Pro).
We can find the optimized condition to make developing materials and use Process 11 for small volume manufacturing purpose also.(Concept; Segment screws, Segment processing temperature control, Feeder products lines for pellet and powder and liquid,Feeding ports selection, Processing condition collection, Many downstream products like Waterbath or Pelletizer.)
If we apply Mini Jet Pro, we directly can complete various testing specimens with the developed materials by Process 11.
