【金型挙動の見える化】耐環境性に優れたMURATECの磁気誘導式センサ（BIC0308）は、射出成形機の金型への直接取り付けが可能。圧力・温度センサとともに、金型内部の挙動を見える化する“MURATEC　MOLDING　MONITOR”を展示。
【フルクローズド制御】モータエンコーダからセンサへ制御を切り替え、我々のセンサデータをトリガとしたフィードバックを行うことにより、±3μｍ以下の制御が可能。

[Visualization technology of a metallic mold]
The magnetic induction sensor (BIC0308 series) which MURATEC has is excellent in environment resistance, and the attachment to a metallic mold is directly possible for it.
"MURATEC MOLDING MONITOR" which can see the action inside a metallic mold with a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor is exhibited.
[Full closed metallic mold control]
It is possible by making this sensor into a trigger for mold clamp control of a metallic mold, changing control from a motor encoder, and feeding back sensor data to motor amplifier to control the amount of difference of a metallic mold to +-3 micrometers or less.
