アスカカンパニーは創業以来、射出成形にこだわり、品質管理では測定器の開発や、コンタミネーション対策として炭化樹脂から発生する異物を成形装置から除去する仕組みを開発して参りました。Ｅ－Ｇａｕｇｅは製品の外径や内径などを簡単に寸法測定できる装置です。また、専用ソフトウェアをインストールしておくことで、工場でスキャニングした画像データを受け取り、離れた品質管理部門でも寸法測定が可能になります。Ｚ－Ｇａｕｇｅはキャップ嵌合・フィルム剥離、素材引張、破壊、耐久などの強度測定に最適な装置です。

From this background, we have also developed the mechanism of removing carbide and measuring instruments for quality control.The E-Gauge is an image measurement system that can measure the inner and outer edge etc. of products. With software installed, the scanned data can be used for quality check in factories. The Z-Gauge is best for measuring the force required for cap fitting, peeling of film, destruction and so on.
