恒温槽と自動ゴム硬度計を一体化させた、新しい硬度測定システムを展示致します。
高温・低温環境下におけるゴム試料の硬度を高精度で測定できます。エアロック方式の開口部機構により、恒温槽内の温度変化を最小限に抑え、測定作業を自動化することで、測定にかかる時間を大幅に短縮しました。ゴム硬度測定技術の進歩において、降下速度や測定時間の設定を可能にした自動ゴム硬度計の機能に加え、測定環境の温度を任意に変更することで、さまざまな環境下での多面的なゴム硬度測定を実現しました。
