高強度・高剛性のポリアミド樹脂「レニー」の新しい二つの製品を紹介します。
「レニーLDSグレード」は、LPKF社のLDS技術(成形物に直接電気回路を形成する技術)に対応する材料です。リフローハンダ耐熱性を有しており、LEDランプ製品に使用可能です。
「レニーテープ」は、ガラスや炭素の連続繊維にポリアミドMXD6を含浸させたUDテープです。熱成形によりこれまでにない高強度・高剛性の構造材を得ることができます。
Reny is a molding compound based on mainly polyamide MXD6 reinforced with GF, CF or minerals. At IPF, we would like to introduce "Reny LDS grades" and "Reny Tape".
Reny LDS grades are able to be used for 3D-MID by LDS technology developed by LPKF. Reny LDS grades have good heat resistance for soldering in addition to high strength and high modulus.
Reny Tape is a UD tape polyamide MXD6 with continuous glass or carbon fiber. It has superior strength, modulus, impact strength and resistance to fatigue.
