60秒成形のTEPEX®連続繊維熱可塑材料は、従来のプレスや射出技術の応用でハイブリッド成形が可能な、軽量かつ高強度の先端複合材料です。用途は自動車、スポーツ用品、家電、OA機器、航空機等です。繊維はガラス、カーボン、アラミド、樹脂はPA66、PA6、PA12、PP、TPU、PPSです。他に、硬質プラスチック発泡体ロハセル、水系離型剤Waterworks、ダイヤフラム成形機、コンタクトヒーター。

TEPEX is a high-performance composite based on a thermoplastic matrix. This material exhibits exceptionally high strength and rigidity, coupled with an extremely low weight. The materials generally used are glass, carbon and aramid. For high-performance composites, exclusively continuous fibres are used in the form of woven fabrics or non-woven fabrics. The matrix material, too, performs a crucial function. It transfers the forces between the fibres, provides support to stop them from kinking and protects them against external attack. A distinction is made between thermoset plastics and thermoplastics. Thermoplastics such as PA66, PA6, PA12, PP, TPU and PPS offer clear advantages in terms of forming properties, design freedom (welding properties, insert moulding with other thermoplastics), shelf life and ease of recycling. Reason enough for us to use only these groups of polymers.
