当社は金型製作から成形、アッセンブリまでを一貫して生産を行います。特に高精度歯車やスーパーエンプラによる精密成形品の成形を得意としており、クラス10,000のクリーンルームを完備し医療機器部品の成形や組立もおこなっております。また耐熱性ポリ乳酸の量産技術を確立しており、将来訪れるであろうバイオプラスチック時代を見据えた製造技術の開発をおこなっております。

We offer integrated manufacturing including the creation of the mold, the injection of the article as well as the final assembly of the product.
We specialize in ultra-precision injection molding by the use of precision molding gears and super engineering plastics (PPS, PSU, PPSU), and we are also equipped with a class 10,000 clean room for the production and assembly of medical equipment parts. We have also establishment processes for the mass production of heat resistant PLA products, as well as developing forward thinking manufacatuing technologies for the coming era of bio-plastics.
