高機能樹脂可塑化部品用「ＮＰＲ」シリーズに、新たにフッ素樹脂対応ＮＰＲ－ＦＸ２５を市場投入しました。ＮＰＲ－ＦＸ２５は、フッ素樹脂可塑化時の高温・強腐食環境に対応できる高い耐食性と、４００℃で５４ＨＲＣを超える高強度を同時に成立させています。また、従来よりご好評いただいているＮＰＲ１－ＥＸの高耐熱・高強度な各種高機能樹脂部品への対応事例紹介と、新開発の樹脂腐食摩耗試験機の実機を展示します。 We have provided "NPR"series to be used for critical parts of injection molding machines and launched a new lineup "NPR-FX25" tolerant to fluorocarbon polymers(PFA)."NPR-FX25" has mainly two features as follows;(1)high strength(above 54HRC at 400 degrees Celsius), (2)good corrosion resistance under high temperature and strong corrosion environment during PFA plasticization. We will also exhibit application examples of popular "NPR1-EX" for parts with good heat-resistance and high strength, and a newly developed wear test equipment for plastic-corrosion.
