優れた表面更新能力、プラグフロー性能を持つ2軸連続式反応機「ハイブリッドリアクタ」の可視化装置、及び大きな伝熱面積を有する2軸連続セルフワイピング式「異速型SCプロセッサ」を主とした脱溶剤システムを展示します。本システムでは高粘度・付着性材料を熱劣化させることなく安定して排出させることが出来、高付加価値製品の生産に寄与します。 Kurimoto introduces following technologies.
1. Continuous twin shaft reactor, "Hybrid Reactor" which has excellent surface renewal capability and plug-flow performance. Large scale machinery can be manufactured so that this technology could be an option for process improvement.
2. Solvent Removal System, including a continuous twin screw self-wiping type "SC Processor Differential speed type" which has large heat transfer area. In this System, stable continuous operation with constant output of high viscosity/sticky material can be provided without thermal degradation so the productions of high added value products are expected.
