自動車ランプの金型製造で培ったノウハウで高品位・高精度な、金型を”最新の設備”と”職人の手”で作り上げております
一つ目は、最新設備による”微細加工技術”
近年流行のLED光源のカット加工(R0.1以下）や、デザイン性のある加工サンプルを展示予定。
二つ目は、職人の手による”磨き技術”　鋼の表面を鏡のように手磨きにて仕上げます。
この匠の技術を、ブースにて実演と体験会も予定しております。 Our Knowledge and experience which cultivated mold production of the car lamp manufacture
high quality and precise molding die by the latest facilities and craft-men.

Firstly, we will introduce our technique of metal micro-fabrication processing machine,
cut processing of the trendy source of LED light, and processing product's sample with design characteristic.

Besides,we will introduce our polishing technology with the steel materials of polished mirror surface.
And also, it is able to try the polishing in the booth.
