樹脂金型に使われます迅速流体継ぎ手カプラを展示致します。
金型冷却部の複数配管の交換段取りを早くする自動脱着用・手動脱着用の各種マルチカプラをご提案致します。
金型冷却のハイサイクル化に貢献する為に、大流量の冷却水が流せる金型大流量カプラ、SP-Aカプラや、カプラ離脱時のカプラからの液ダレ量がわずかなゼロスピルカプラをご提案致します。また、金型の補修に使うエアー工具の展示も行います。 We will exhibit quick connect couplings "CUPLA" which is used for cooling plastic molds.
We will propose various multi couplers for automatic/manual connection which will enable quicker replacement setup of the piping of mold cooling parts.
In order to contribute to high-cycle time of the mold cooling, we propose Mold Cupla High Flow Type, SP Cupla Type A, which allows large flow rate of cooling water, and Zerospill Cupla with minimal liquid spillage on disconnection. We will also exhibit various air tools for grinding / polishing for mold repair. 展示树脂模具冷却用的迅速流体继手“快速接头”。
建议模具冷却部分的多数配管尽早更换为自动脱落用・手动脱落用的各种多路接头。
为了使模具冷却的高循环化，建议使用流动大流量的冷却水模具大流量快速接头、SP-A快速接头和快速接头脱离时的接头仅有一点点液体泄露量的Zerospill快速接头。同时也展示模具维修时的磨削，研磨用的各种气动工具。
