アスカカンパニーは射出成形で樹脂製品の設計から製作、販売を行っています。測定器を自社開発した背景は、成形メーカーが求める測定器が無いために自分たちが作りました。販売させていただく測定器はカスタマイズも行い、使われるニーズにあったものに仕上げます。バイオマス樹脂においては、コーヒーざんさを処理し、低臭タイプを開発しました。（特許出願済み）

Z-GaugeThis tool integrates a Digital Force Gauge which measures force with a Servo Motor which moves up and down. This machine can measure compression and tension will satisfy the product quality requirements.
It will automatically represent the necessary peak forces in the test. This machine will reduce measurement
variation caused by errors in the people and the method.
X-Z Gauge This tool has two interlocked shafts; one moves vertically and the other moves horizontally.It can move in an arc. By changing attachments, you can evaluate many different things. For example, you can measure the force it takes to open a hinged cap. Or you can evaluate the endurance of
cyclic opening and closing. In each case we can see and capture the force vs. position graph for every movement.
