① MPM（Metal Piping Mold）はニッケル電鋳殻をキャビティとして利用した射出成形金型です。電鋳殻の裏面に設置した温調配管で急加熱急冷却を行いウェルドレス、成形サイクルの向上を図ります。
② ポーラス電鋳(R)金型はキャビティ面に無数の微細な通気孔を設けた金型で、加熱したTPOシートを真空吸引して成形します。ポーラス電鋳金型は国内外の自動車部品メーカー様に主に自動車内装部品の成形用金型として広く採用されています。

(1) MPM (Metal piping mold) is a variation of injection mold tool. MPM has Nickel shell cavity to get more detailed texturing pattern compared to etching. MPM has heating-cooling pipes attached on backside of Nickel shell cavity and those piping system enable to achieve rapid production cycle, weldless and lighter product by rapid heat and cooling cycle. Each pipe runs both hot and cold water alternately.
(2) Porous Nickel(R) IMG (in mold graining) tooling is a negative vacuum forming tooling with countless of micro size venting pores. Vacuuming heated TPO sheet onto the cavity to get shape and texturing pattern on the contrary micro pores cannot be seen on the final product surface. Over 2000 Porous Nickel(R) IMG tooling have sold to major Tier1 parts supplier.
