We are known as pioneer of two stage machine in Japan. The first machine, which is developed and introduced into the factory passes for nearly 25 years, keep operating.
The products line up is for the light weighting bottles, the domestic top-class, as we call ECO bottle, and high speed machines for mass production.
Recently, we have already offered petbottle molding machine for mineral water plant.
Specially, we are proposing mineral water filling and packaging plant with our RYOZAI petbottle molding machine for total plant.
Our company gets high evaluation by performing and developing the production of the original designed petbottles, affecting the demand of the customer which looking for the small amount for one order.(small lot)
Furthermore, we can build cooperation substantiality with a group company for the subcontractor to cope with the requests of the OEM product such as filling, the design of the cap and the film, shipment management.
