自動車部品で代表される樹脂成形品への成膜は、成形工程と離れた場所で大量なバッチ処理を行なうのが通例である。　この為、成膜装置での真空形成に多くのエネルギーを要するとともに成膜前に洗浄・乾燥等が必要となる。　提案の成膜装置は成形直後に成膜を行うことで、工程の半減と成膜時の排気エネルギーの７０％減少を目標とし,あわせて樹脂成形品への薄膜付け歩留まり向上を達成する。成形機と成膜装置（スパッタリング）をロボットで結んだ成膜装置ＮＥＣＳＴを紹介、実演をする。

Coating process of the represented automobile parts is done in the batch process.Molded parts should be move from the molding machine and stocked in the other place. This will cause the adhesion of the moisture and dust, undergo oxidation could be generated and lowest the coating quality and contacting of the coating. Because of this, cleaning and drying process need to be done before coating and this will need much more energy and various procedures. We herewith to introduce our Thin-Film Making Nearby Molding Machine. This is a sputter method, which could be achieved under the low pressure (Approx. 1Pa) conditions. This method is able to synchronize with the cycle time of injection molding, and reduction in costs and energy conservation by process shortening, and reducing of the defect rate.
